Carnival without Panorama is no Carnival at all! Pan is Carnival and Carnival is Pan and tonight the best of the bands will celebrate their combined talents in the Grenada Panorama finals dubbed Pantastic Saturday for Spice Mas 2013.
The pan players came out to show their skills and those who follow the bands were also in attendance however, it was reported that the general attendance was poor for this wonderful carnival event. It clearly shows that the young people need to be thought of the importance of the steel pan and the joy that comes from playing the instrument. Pan needs some love on the Isle of Spice... in time, maybe in time...

The following are the results for the 2013 Panorama Competition held at the Queen's Park National Stadium last night/early Sunday morning. Congratulations go out to all the bands that competed but there can be only one winner and Trinizagada extends a hearty congratulations to this year's winner Coyaba New Dimension!

There was also another competition that took place last month and that was the Bomb Tune Competition. Three bands were disqualified and they were Calabash Pan Lovers, Waggy-T Pan-Ossia and finally Gran Roy Pan Angels. No reason was given for the disqualifications.
