We Pumpin | Tamisha Nicholls-Lewis | SVG Carnival 2013

This is new music from one of St. Vincent's finest artist Tamisha Nicholls-Lewis. This song has created a stir on islandmix to the extent that it (chat) got very nasty. I was caught up in the storm and believe I have said enough on that thread. The music and the artist were fogotten entities as egotistic rumblings and  a deluge of testosterone had the final say! Now, what about the song?
This song does not live up to the previous efforts from Tamish for this 2013 SVG carnival season. I liked her contribution on the track "Light Up The Sky". That song was featured on this site; it is a song she sang with Maddzart. The other offering from her on the 'New Old School Riddim' left me pleasantly surprised and I said that on my post. However, I am not enamored by this song that is simply titled, 'We Pumpin'. Tamisha has done better; there is no 'wow factor'... just disappointment!

My views mean nothing because you, the listener, may love the track and make it a hit for SVG Carnival 2013; then you can return and say, "I told you so'. This is just the way it is some will like the song and some won't - I don't think that this is one of her better efforts! The music production is good on the track done by Victorious Productions and DJ Kubiyashi.

Take a listen to the song and leave your remarks. If you think the song is good then leave a comment. I will publish all comments. If you rather a simpler method to have your say then use the reaction feature at the bottom of the post.
