Palm Tree Riddim Mix | Soca Child 360 | UK Soca 2013

This is new music produced by UK Soca producer Darren 'Soca Child' Skerrit. The music creation is titled, 'Palm Tree Riddim'. The riddim features UK singers and a few upcoming artists to the Soca World. The tracks on this riddim were released on March 31, 2013 on UK radio station Choice FM.

After listening to the mix I found favor with the songs from Hypasounds (Feeling To) and Lutenants (Sleeping Giants). I also thought that the riddim, with a bottle and spoon vibe, became monotonous after a few minutes. The only difference was the change in vocals as the songs transitioned in the mix. This one will have to grow on me. I will wait for the individual song releases and will come back to update this posting.

This is your opportunity to take a listen to the mix and leave your comments. This can be done via the comment feature at the top of this posting.

Artists & songs on the Riddim
Danisha (Dominica/Jamaica) - Take Over
Natia Daniel (St. Lucia) - Jouvert Morning
Hypasounds - Feeling To
Chizzle ft. Jonas Jeeves & Cocoa Nuraya (St. Lucia) - To The Left
Ms. Desire (UK Groovy Soca Monarch) - Nice Time
Muzik Lil Muzik (UK Soca Monarch Winners) - Colonise

I like the riddim, especially the Pan section which is not on Colonise. 3 track deffinately have me hook,(To the left, Feeling to and Sleeping Giants. The Ending is the sweetest part of the riddim for me.
