New Soca music releases were impacting the radio stations when this song was released; it did not get any attention because of the club/techno vibe of the track. Again, this all happened during a heightened period of new Soca music releases. I have no doubt that 'So On Fire' will do well in most music markets and will touch ground in Europe before making any noise in North America. I am surprised that I have not heard the song played on the local radio stations since Carnival ended.
