I am feeling ah vibe and you will feel the same after listening to this music release from Xpert Productions with vocals from Hunter HD. This song has something special about it and you may say that it has 'Ah Vibe'.  

After listening to the song I felt good that I was given the opportunity to post this song to my blog. I have to extend my thanks to Xpert Productions for sending the music for posting and, at the same time, congratulate Hunter HD for doing such a good job with the vocals. This song has been released just in time to get in the mix with the upcoming Carnival season in Trinidad and Tobago and will also be on stream for the upcoming festivals up the islands! 

This song will have a lasting shelf life because of the groove it brings. I will say this for everyone to take note... Power Soca is for Carnival but the music done by Xpert Productions, and presented here today, is music that will live on long after the Carnival season is long gone. This is music that can be played in fetes and house parties. This is not seasonal music and that is what I call intelligent music production. The next stage is to market the song properly.... that is going to be the challenge for the management team. 

Pros:

This is music to groove to and with someone special. The lyrical content in good and there is a story in the song. So many songs today have no story or meaning. The music production is very good. The production is clean and the singer is easily understood. The vocals are clean and both the  vocal performance and music production compliment each other - nothing sounds muddled. This is an excellent production! I like the direction of the music and I love the vibe - this one sweet groovy track!

Cons:

The problem here will be on the marketing front. Let's face it everything is about Trinidad and Tobago at this time. Even if you don't like what is going on with the music in Trinidad or if you think that music from the rest of the islands is better you will eventually come back down to earth and realize that Trinidad is the market to penetrate at this time. Everything starts with Trinidad and not because of the music but simply because it is the first Carnival celebration in the region that matters. They have their work cut out for them because today is the first of December and there are already more that 300 songs already released for Trinidad and Tobago's Carnival. Good luck!

The Bottom Line:

Let me say this first, I like this Riddim (Heavy Bounce Riddim); I enjoyed listening to the track. The lyrics are good, the vocal performance is on track and the music production is clean and very good. Trinizagada supports Xpert Productions and wish Hunter HD success with this track. Good luck!
