Last night Teddyson 'TJ' John changed the character of St. Lucia and made it the 'Land of Whine'. TJ as he is affectionately known won the Groovy Soca Monarch Title from a field of thirteen contestants. This may not have been his finest hour but as far as the judges were concerned he was the best last night. He is, once again, the St. Lucia Groovy Soca Monarch after capturing the crown last night.
Unlike the shows for St. Vincent Carnival this show was broadcast live via the Internet on Saint Lucia Choice 39 television. The word got out late and most of the followers on islandmix missed the show. The results are posted below.
