Crop Over Sweet Soca & Party Monarch Results | 2012

The headlines read "Mikey Two Sweet" indicating that he won both Soca titles for Crop Over 2012! Indeed Mikey walked away with two cars and the big smile on his face tells the entire story of satisfaction for a job well done... congratulations Mikey!

Last Night in Barbados the double feat of Party and Sweet Soca Monarch was accomplished by Mikey. The competition took place at the Bushy Park Racing Circuit in St. Philip on Sunday, July 29th, at the MQI 98.1 The One Soca Royale.

Of course there was some controversy with many people saying that Lil Rick should have taken the  prize with his song 'Drop It' but he came in second place and that did not sit well with many of he patrons in attendance. However, most people are not complaining about the results and have stated that Mikey was just better than the competition. If you attended or listened/watched the show via streaming media pleas let us know what you think about the final results.
