Here comes Maddzart again for Vincy Carnival 2012. This one is called "Turn It Over''. The rhythm is nice and the music moves at a nice pace. The one thing I found lacking in this song is a sweet pronounced baseline. The song started off nicely but as the music progressed it felt like the base line faded into the rest of the music. As I posted on islandmix I put on my headphones and pumped up the volume. I listened to the song several times and really liked the vibe of the song. This is a nice groovy song that was done at a really nice pace. The lyrics are clean and the singer delivers but my only gripe is the use of the bass on this one.
I have no doubt that the song will be a big success for Vincy Mass 2012. This is Maddzart's (Raeon Primus) second release that is geared for the Vincy Massive. I previously posted "When Ah Come" on March 10, 2012. Turn It Over has better potential than 'When Ah Come' simply because it has a sweeter rhythmic feel to it and should be a crowd favorite in the fetes.
