We Love (Song) | Shurwayne Winchester | T'dad & Tobago

The web buzz is that this song by Shurwayne Winchester is going to be his mantra for the road. This song is his vision for the road and many of the postings keep saying that he is bring a 'different vibe' for 2012. Bringing something new or different may or may not always hit the sweet spot. Shurwayne has a diverse array of music that he has dropped to date. However, this one has a break neck speed to it that may or may not be what you are looking for from a Shurwayne Winchester production.
Well I read the reviews then took a listen to the song and was amazed that so many people think that this song will carry Shurwayne to a Road March Title. I think that the tempo is too racy. What do I mean by that? Just try partying all day on the road to the speed of this song titled "We Love" - this is heart attack speed!

I have noticed that most of the productions coming from Kernel Roberts have this uptempo... well more like speed to the music. If you want to call it 'hard core energy' then so be it. However, do you really think that people can party to this speed for any length of time? One blog posting said the following, "the rhythmic vibe of 'We Love' will be mesmerizing".  That is not mesmerizing that will be exhausting! However, the energy of the youth today may just be suited for this song... we shall see.

Production notes:
This one is billed as a Power Soca track from Shurwayne Winchester and Y.O.U for Carnival 2012. It is a production of Kernel Roberts and was mixed by Platta Studios.
