Red Bull Riddim Sampler | Precision Productions

This is the music sampler of the soon to be released "Red Bull Riddim" coming out of 'Sando' from Precision Productions - these guys are really busy! This Sampler was 'dropped' by Precision via DJ Private Ryan as a Soca Sampler | 2012. I really don't know how or why they keep calling this new music Soca... do you think that it sound like Soca? I don't!

These are the singers and songs on the Riddim:
Bunji Garlin  with a saucy one titled "Bam Bam"
Destra Garcia - "Attitude"
Tian Winter - "Pressure Waist"
Nebula868 - "Work"
Swappi & Patrice Roberts - "Gih Me"
Orlando Octave - "Go Down"
M1 - "Free Up"

Bunji on the Riddim sounds OK but more like a dancehall track. Now I have to admit that I like Bunji a lot... I am very biased when it comes to his music. So I would refrain from getting too involved with whatever he does - I just like listening to him!

Destra has attitude on the track. She makes it sound like a true Carnival song - yes this song has attitude! Hands down, Destra sounds the best on this Riddim. She made the Riddim disappear in the background. The Riddim was not important - my attention was on her voice and it was good - that is what I came away with after listening to the mix.

Tian Winter pulls the track back in line with the Bunji track making it sound like a dancehall track. This Antiguan had a nice voice but I really need to hear a bit more of the song to get a good feel of his effort.
Nebula868, I had problems understanding what was actually said in the song... some pieces yes but the clarity was not what I expected. This one went by me - not enough of the track! The Sampler is way to short; it should have been about eight minutes long.

Swappi and Patrice. Nothing special about this track with Swappi sounding harsh and Patrice her usual self. They did not mix in enough of this song to give one a good feel for the track.
Orlando Octave and M1, No I did not like this at all... that voice was a bit annoying. I guess I need to listen to the entire song to get a better feel of the track. I will have to wait like everyone else for the release to take int eh songs to leave my  final comments on the songs.

Production Notes:
This Riddim was produced by Precision Productions! I guess this song was also mixed and mastered by the Precision team. The final release will reveal all!
