Carnival is about women and without women there no sweetness to the festival. Every song created is created with the woman in mind (trust me on this one) and the goal is to figure out the groove and learn to wine (move and groove) to the bass; there is a winin' code in every song! To appreciate this Caribbean experience and finding the key to breaking the winin' code one has to understand how and when coding with wine, tremble and jiggle can be done without sounding jarring. This embedded code (embedded in Practice) was constructed by GBM Nutron and, we believe that he worked the code well! We like the heavy-handedness on the bass line and the wicked vibe he used to convey his message. The key to the code, of course, is "Practice"; we know you will love this vibe!

Let's cut to the chase, this is a friggin' wicked vibe that GBMNutron dropped for this song entitled Practice. The bass with a steel drum echo accompanied by his relaxed and deliberate word enunciation just drives home the fact that this is really about the goal to achieve perfection through practice.  There is a break in the rhythm where a cameo vocal from Lord Kitchener swung the rhythm only to have Machel's voice pull back GBM bass-heavy vibe... we consider this pure genius by the producer.

The complimentary video (posted below) add the visuals to make the entire process believable. This is a well thought out production. This is Groove Soca taken to the next level. The use of wine, bend over and jiggle it was not crass in nature. Smart and creative use of the writing process and a wicked vibe... a recipe for success... Boom!
