Unfold Your Arms | Shurwayne Winchester | Trinidad 2013

Has anyone been keeping tabs on Shurwayne Winchester? Well if you have not then you may be surprised to learn that this is his fifth release for Carnival 2013! Shurwayne has already released 'Ah Feeling To', 'Tobago Love', 'We Not Stopping', 'Cah Leave We Out' and now you have his latest release and song number five 'Unfold Your Arms'.

Shurwayne is at the top of his game and is the pride and joy of Tobago. He has gone back to his rocking style with this one. This is a faster paced song with a sweet groove that invites people to get on the floor and dance. Just don't stand there because 'it's time to get crazy'. This is music for Carnival 2013 with wining addiction encouragement from Shurwayne. This is not a game changer but it is a song that you will surely have a good time dancing and just getting on bad in a fete.

Pros:
Shurwayne Winchester is back in the game. This is a good vocal performance that is so very typical of Shurwayne. You know what you get when this guy sings. There is energy in his voice and the music invites you to dance and have fun. This is what Carnival feting is all about!

Cons:
This is just a good song, not a game changer.

Bottom Line:
You won't complain when a DJ drops this song in a party. This will be one that you will have fun with and not sit out. I don't see this one getting a lot of airplay but then again this is Shurwayne and there are a lot of faithful followers out there. Final thoughts... a good song not a game changer!
