No Work Tomorrow | Rocky | Trinidad Carnival 2013

Obama Wins a second term and Nor'easter is coming to hit New York and New Jersey tomorrow. I am feeling "ire" that President Obama won the elections but sad that the Nor'easter is coming to cause more disruptions; as a result, the official chant is "No Work Tomorrow"! Go and celebrate the President's re-election and be on guard for the troubles that the storm may bring tomorrow.
OK, we celebrate and we are on guard but more importantly, "No Work Tomorrow". This is new music from the man called Rocky and it is a fitting song to post as my early morning post for Wednesday November 7, 2012. This song was written by "Mr. Breadfruit" Jason 'Shaft' Bishop and was produced by Daryl Braxton. The final mastering was done by Martin 'Mice' Raymond. Listen to the song and the vocal performance for Rocky. If you like what you hear then please leave your remarks via the comment feature of this posting.

This song is a solid production that was well sung and in typical 'Trini style' celebrates the opportunity 'not to work' but stay home and (for good reason) celebrate with the United States of America on the re-election of President Barack Obama.

No, this song was not written to celebrate President Obama's re-election but it simply fell in place on this special night. Just take it for what it is and celebrate with Rocky.
