"Extraordinary" | Mr. Renzo Featuring Swappi 3D 2012

Trinidad artiste Laurenzo Gonzalez wants to follow in the footsteps of Machel and Shurwayne but wants to be a trendsetter. This young man, originally from Venezuela, attended the Arouca Boys government school where he sang in the choir - a move (right choice) that would nurture the young man into the artiste he is today.
He went on to Queen's Royal College in Port of Spain where he found a place in the choir and remained grounded musically.

He likes to dabble with a crossover of Latin vocals mixed into the Soca beat but not it sounds like a little Island Pop or some type of crossover music.

Laurenzo aka Mr. Renzo is targeting the global market by making music that not only fits into the Carnival market place but music that can be released and loved year round. This is not festival music! Mr. Renzo is doing his Soca thing with a distinctive Latin feel that is unique for Trinidad and Tobago. He has collaborated with Ravi B  in the past and now with the help of Swappi they have come up with the release titled "Extraordinary" - a wicked one my friends.

If you listen to the track carefully you will get a Techno, Dancehall, Soca feel but the Trini twang and theme is very prominent. This one can cross borders and reach out to the rest of the Caribbean region for sure. Let's see if it receives the airplay it deserves. Just maybe this one could catch on in the Dominican Republic. Puerto Rico and of course Venezuela. It is distinctly a Trini Sound and should do well. Thumbs up to Mr. Renzo and Swappi and the team at 1st Klase Productions who produced and mixed this one - "Extraordinary".
