We posted this one when it was released last December for Trinidad and Tobago carnival 2019. Today we are going back to the well because we think this song did not get the attention it deserves. We think you will agree with us and the need to re-post the track. We have also updated the post with the newly released music video... we think you will enjoy the new video promotion. In our original post we stated the following, ""It's a new kinda jam, a real kinda jam" but the sweetness remains the same"! Yes, just sweet Soca Music!

Kerwin Du Boi is hitting hard with this music release entitled "No Distraction" and along with Stadic and Black Starr they dropped some sweet vibes on an Afro Soca Riddim entitled Juju Riddim. No distractions when we go out to party; a much needed message for this Instagram posers generation. 

The message is  clear, Social Media applications have too many young people distracted! Instead of placing the focus on establishing a solid relationship with the person they care about they are too busy caring about how they look on Social Media. Instagram is the chief culprit; it is more about the moment in time and capturing that moment to share it with the World. In the meantime the person you went to have fun with is not smiling and not having fun. Time to focus on the person who took the time to share the moment with you and Kerwin sends that message with some excellent vibes.

We love it but we are saddened by the lack of attention given to the song on YouTube. The hits are paltry but we all can do something about that. Share this post on social media and keep playing the song via the YouTube music player.  This is an excellent track... don't let good Soca go to waste!
