Here we go with another big song in the Power Soca category. This song is entitled "Stage Party" sung by the Queen Of Bacchanal, Destra Garcia. This song comes in time to muddle the field of songs vying for the Road March Title for Carnival 2019. The video that was released with this song will help sell it and add to the hype.

This year has seen a bountiful supply of  well produced quality songs in the Power Soca category. Just when you think that Iwer, Machel Montano or the combination of artistes in songs (Machel, Skinny Fabulous and Bunji with Famalay; Erphaan Alves, Nailah Blackman & Sekon Sta with Brave) the QOB drops her Road song just after Sherwyn Winchester released "Come Back".

Stage Party was written by Lunatix Productions, Kernal Roberts and Destra Garcia and produced by Lunatix Productions. We like the vibe and the energy that this production delivers. After all it is Power Soca and should 'raise your blood pressure while masquerading for carnival'! Does it live up to the hype? Will it contend against Famalay, Go (Iwer) and Brave? Only time will tell but keep monitoring radio play... if this song gains momentum it will be because the radio jocks love it... that translates to a song becoming a fan favorite... the rest could be history!
