Exodus Dumps Rag Storm for Savannah Grass | Panorama Finals 2019

Kees Dieffenthaler gets his wish for Carnival 2019; Savannah Grass will be played in the Savannah for Panorama Finals 2019. Pelham Goddard will have to work fast. When most bands will be polishing their semi-final performance, adding this and taking out that Pelham will have to start all over again and come up with magic to win the national title.

This is going to be a challenge for Pelham to get the arrangement that he wants without regrets if it does not bode well for the band. Added to this, there may be many young and 'new to the band' players who will have to quickly learn the new arrangement. The drill master will have his work cut out for him/her. This is going to be a challenge but an exciting time for the band. One person who will be ecstatic about this change is Kees Dieffenthaller... we wish Pelham and the band well.

If you want to be a part of history then you should head to the pan yard where the orchestration is taking place... that will be one of the most interesting pan yards to visit as many curious fans of the barrel music will be there to 'witness history in the making'.

Exodus has done the smart thing; they have changed their Panorama finals song to Savannah Grass by KES. Many felt that Rag Storm did not have the vibe needed for barrel lovers.  Kees lamented the fact that many bands chose their Panorama song too  early... mission accomplished; the song will be played on the big stage on the biggest night for the national instrument.
