Security | Surge | Trinidad & Tobago 2018

Everyone is happy now that 'Surge' is back! Wait, who or what is Surge? Six guys got together to create the 'Boy Band' named Surge. The band members are as follows: Matthew Regis, Tigana Duncan, Nicholas Walters, Kwesi Austin; David Walters and “MKS” Lewis.

Flash back to 2006 and the Groove Soca track entitled "In a Timin". Does it ring a bell? Well if you can't remember then you are not alone. However, the people who loved this Trinidad "Boy Band" are ecstatic that the group is back with new music.

Their new entry for Trinidad and Tobago carnival 2018 is entitled "Security". Not everyone is enamored with the music  style and you will have to decide if this one hits the sweet spot. It is done with a twist to the Soca vibe. This song is a mixture of EDM and Soca.  This has been done before and you will have the final say regarding the success or failure of the song.
