Thousands swelling the streets, willingly walking for two days with blazing sunshine sizzling against their exposed skin, exhaustion and fatigue not setting in. The secret though is not just in the physical preparation, but also in having the right musical accompaniment. And for 2017 P.A.G.E. and Precision Productions are supplying this essential harmonic additive in their latest release.
Made to boost spirits from the start, the “Ray Ban Riddim” primes mas players to be a part of the season’s legendary stories of strength and endurance. Helping the team fulfill this quest are three rising artists, who are eager to add their own individual kick to the approaching Carnival.
With a voice that is unforgettable, Nikita wants to “Treat You Right”, even as 5Star Akil and his impeccable eye for beauty vocally regales the ladies who are unbelievably “Too Lit”, additionally Pternsky reminds us of exactly why all true feters are always “Ready Now” for the bacchanal to hit.
As the time draws closer, push any thoughts of 300 degrees in the shade temperatures aside, and get ready instead for these tracks to quickly transform tired feet into exhilarated bodies chock-full of the stamina needed to keep the famous tales of our festivities alive.
