Move As a Tribe | Preedy & Xone | Trinidad & Tobago 2017

The drum beat captures the essence of the 'Tribe Movement' and if that was the mission of the song then credit the writers and singers of the track. However, the reality is that with World Populism on the rise and the struggle of some races to dominate again, the dream of Tribal movement in a positive and cohesive manner is just that... a dream. Oops, wake up! This is new music for Trinidad and Tobago Carnival 2017; the song is entitled 'Move as a Tribe' from Preedy & Xone.

The music release notes are well intentioned and laudable  but we are in a sad state today and this may be the wrong place to make this statement but it is a sad truth... just look at the American political landscape.... a sad state of affairs and a  frightening reality!

So let's run for a moment with the well meaning song from Preedy and Xone. Good lyrical content and music to keep the Tribe dancing. Well done guys... we approve of the song, the music and the general production. However, not to take anything away from the production, we did notice shades of a 'Tribe called Quest- Keep It Moving' in the artistic conceptualization
