My Kinda Woman | Blackie | Trinidad & Tobago

This is a very laid back Soca beat but with a Calypso style lyrical delivery. This is more in the calypso vein the more I listen to it (emphasis on vocal delivery) but the Soca beat is the engine behind the lyrical content. Soca... yes, Calypso...yes; good song... definitely yes!

Some fun facts about the song:
This is the kind of song that could easily get you, the male, is serious trouble with the love/or your crush of your life... This kind of confession has good intentions but may end up leaving you 'whipped' with a serious case of tabanca (love sickness/case of the blues). Trouble starts when she knows that you are hooked; that because 'she is well put away and that you will never horn her' - good luck Blackie... yuh coo coo cook!
